Before founding Fletcher Legal Solutions PLLC, Mr. Fletcher served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Northern District of New York, where he worked alongside federal law enforcement agencies investigating and prosecuting narcotics, firearms, and violent crime cases.

Mr. Fletcher also served as Bureau Chief for the Gun Involved Violence Elimination Unit at the Oneida County District Attorney’s Office, where he supervised prosecutors handling illegal weapons trafficking, violent felonies, shootings, and other major criminal prosecutions. As a senior prosecutor and trial attorney, he managed felony cases from arrest through trial, advised on investigative strategy, trained prosecutors, and worked directly with law enforcement during active shooting investigations.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Fletcher has prosecuted and litigated cases involving homicide, violent felonies, narcotics trafficking, weapons possession, and public integrity matters. Earlier in his career, he prosecuted misdemeanor offenses in Rochester City Court and surrounding town and village courts, giving him extensive courtroom and trial experience across every level of the criminal justice system.

What sets Mr. Fletcher apart is not only his litigation background, but also his investigative experience. Mr. Fletcher is a technically trained attorney in the area of fire and explosion investigation. Prior to becoming an attorney, he served as a Fire Investigator with the Onondaga County Department of Emergency Management, working closely with law enforcement agencies on fire and criminal investigations. That background gives him a unique ability to analyze evidence, identify weaknesses in investigations, and build persuasive cases both inside and outside the courtroom.
